Carly Koenig, PA-C

Carly Koenig is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Magnolia Dermatology in January 2024. She was born and raised in the rural town of Stillman Valley, Illinois. She attended the University of Alabama (roll tide) where she earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and graduated magna cum laude. She then obtained her Master of Science in Medicine Physician Assistant Studies at Mississippi College and was an active member of the Donald Fisher Student Society. Carly chose to specialize in dermatology after completing a 3-month clerkship with Magnolia Dermatology prior to graduation. 

 

Carly is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a proud alumna of Delta Gamma Fraternity. 

 

Her clinical interests include general medical dermatology, acne, skin cancer prevention, and individualized skin care regimens. 

 

Outside of work, Carly enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her high school sweetheart and their dog Kojack who is the K9 officer for Starkville PD.
